Does this model use a hepa filter? null

It has a filter that does not need to be changed. Just take it out every six months and clean off any dust. Put back in and you are good to go.

Hello Sarah, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Ball Multi Floor upright has two filters; the pre-motor filter sits in the cyclone, and the post-motor filter is fit inside of the ball shell.
