“Vacuum Head Improved? I have a Dyson DC24 and the vacuum head is always getting jammed so that it will not clean carpets. Has anyone found this problem with the newer Dysons?”

• I have never had that problem. I used the Animal Dyson for years and now I have the Dyson Ball which I've only used for a couple of weeks but I have not had any problems and love the vacuum.
