A:AnswerThere are two buttons on the front - the power button and one right next to it. Try pushing both down or only one down. This reflects if you are on carpet or not. I can’t remember the exact sequence (both pushed or only power pushed). Try both ways and see if that helps.
A:AnswerI have hardwood floors and large area rugs. The auto adjusting feature does not work for me. The vacuum sucks up the rugs and makes it impossible to move. I am extremely dissatisfied with this vacuum.
