• Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Big Ball Canister Vacuum. Dyson machines are built for use in the country in which they are purchased from. Our machines are not multi-voltage and we do not recommend using a power converter. A machine purchased in the US will operate at 110-120 voltage. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
