Our Cyclone V10 does have 3 power modes, the right power when you need it. Three modes to choose from, to suit any task on any floor type. We hope this information proves useful. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The motor is that strange cylinder thing and all attachment attach to do. There's also an extension stick if you want to make it longer but it's all powered by the motor and need to have your finger on the trigger to enable it. I use that tool often on my stairs since they're carpeted.
