Please try again later.Hey Ronnie, we had to take the head apart (stick side, not filter side) and found a TINY little bit of 'dust bunny' that made its way in there... cleaned it out, back to normal. You'll need a Torx head screw driver to get in there, but be careful to not pull it apart too hard/fast as there's wires inside that you cannot disconnect but they give you some slack to open it up, and it will just dangle there while you clean it out. Hope this helps... There's a random Youtube video out there about how to do this too.
