- Answer Hi this is Jessica with Dyson Customer Service. We apologize for any confusion. The DC28 Animal does include tools. There are two on board tools, the combination tool and stair tool. In addition to the on board tools, the DC28 Animal will also come with a Mini turbine head, ideal for removing dust, dirt and pet hair from hard to reach spaces such as upholstery, stairs and the car and a Flatout head, ideal for cleaning under low furniture and house hold appliances. QuestionPriceHow is Best Buy able to offer this for over $300 less than other stores?

- Answer The current model is clearanced, thus the price has dropped to this level as Dyson pushes its "ball" and "stick" vacuums. Also, these models are swapped out every couple of years or so for BBY, so it is likely a new model is soon to be introduced. I'm an employee at BBY and jumped on this price because of the value of the product.

- Answer Hi this is Jessica with Dyson Customer Service. The DC28 Animal will require some basic assembly. The external hose, wand handle and on board tools will need to be attached to the machine once it has been unpacked. - Answer Hi this is Jay from Dyson. Thank you for your interest in Dyson technology. Dyson warranty periods on new sealed upright and canister vacuums is 5 years in length. Questiondoes it have a power glide where you do not have to push and pull a heavy vacuum?I currently have a hoover that has a power glide feature where you don;t have to push and pull a heavy vacuum. Does this vacuum have such a feature. I have problems with my shoulder so I need someting that glides easily.

QuestionDoes Dyson have an adjustable vacuum for different carpet thicknesses?I have new deep thick carpet. My old Dyson doesn't work on it. I need an adjustable vacuum. Does Dyson make one that has different carpet settings?

- Answer This one has adjustments, but I really don't see much difference between the different carpet pile buttons with the exception that the short pile is too short and won't move on my area rugs. The wood floor button just turns the beater bar off.

- Answer I would check with the store. If you have the phone number of the person whom purchased it, there is a strong chance customer service would be able to locate the receipt and help you with the exchange. Otherwise, you should still be able to do a return, you would only get store credit, and you would need to have a drivers license.
