• Hi this is Jessica with Dyson Customer Service. We apologize for any confusion. The DC28 Animal does include tools. There are two on board tools, the combination tool and stair tool. In addition to the on board tools, the DC28 Animal will also come with a Mini turbine head, ideal for removing dust, dirt and pet hair from hard to reach spaces such as upholstery, stairs and the car and a Flatout head, ideal for cleaning under low furniture and house hold appliances. • yes, there are 4. One for upholstery, one for getting under furniture and for non-carpet flooring, an edger and one other but don't remember what it is for.
