• Not at all. I don’t run my fan on the highest level so I have not noticed a huge difference in cold air in my living room.

• It’s just a fan. It will blow room temp air at you if you set it to a high enough fan setting. If the objective is just air filtration, then you’ll probably not feel or hear it most of the time.

• Hi Tina, this is Kelly with Dyson. While your DP04 won't chill the air like an AC unit would, you will feel cooler air, as it does work like any normal type fan would. Having said that, this machine does feature backward airflow mode, so you can have the front of the machine facing your room, and the backward airflow can direct that cooler air to the wall.
