“I switched from the 2 piece Hepa+Carbon filter which is no longer available to the Combi HEPA plus Carbon filter but my HP04 is still telling me I need to change the Carbon filter. I cannot reset the Carbon filter because it says it has to be changed.”

• I believe I had to reset it in the app and then it stopped telling me to change it. Hope this helps.

• Are you able to manually change the carbon filter under the settings option on the phone app to reset the carbon filter the first time to 100%. I did that initially and this is the second time I’ve purchased this filter and both automatically changed. Hope this helps.
