I believe I had to reset it in the app and then it stopped telling me to change it. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you able to manually change the carbon filter under the settings option on the phone app to reset the carbon filter the first time to 100%. I did that initially and this is the second time I’ve purchased this filter and both automatically changed. Hope this helps.
