“The rollers on mine stop rotating after a bit when using. Start rotating again if I turn it off and on again. There isn't anything tangled up. Seems almost like it is programed to do that? Thank you.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.from my experience this stick vac is for hard floor surface and is great at light cleaning instead of a broom and dust pan. If you do go over carpet go lightly. pull the weight of the vac up slightly because any extensive friction will shut the rollers so the motor does not burn out.
