The suction is about half as strong as a normal vac. I just got it, mainly for cleaning my annoying carpeted stairs. It’s not designed for carpet but if the carpet is flat and low enough if it’s fine. You just can’t press too hard on it or it’ll stall(just on carpet). Just let it glide. Otherwise, it’s super fun to use lol.
