how many square feet does it cover in a home? null

According to the owners manual, I believe it will cover around 300 sq, ft. We have our in the living room/kitchen area (it's an open floor plan in those rooms) and it does well. We don't even have to dust as much! So, even though it's rated for a medium size room, it should do well in a larger room. It will likely just run more often in auto mode.

I saw the Dyson reps response. What room is only 52 sq. feet? That sounds more like a closet and only twice the cargo space of a Ford Explorer. How long would it take to do a 400 sq. foot living room?

Hi. It's Vince with Dyson. The Pure Cool is designed to clean the air in any size room. Essentially, the bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For ex., in a room of 52 sq ft, the machine will purify the room in about 30 minutes. Best wishes, Vince P.
