Is this auto-volt? I am from the Phils. Thanks null

I am not sure but seems like that I saw an article about a replacement that was available for the plug

auto volt i bought at best buy says cooling and its not really cools more like a fan i reported to Dyson i trying to see if still working or i need to take it back.
