Invest in the Quality of Air You Breath...
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We made the decision to purchase three of these for our two story home! Although, two may have worked, we decided to keep on specifically for the master bedroom. Living in Arizona and having a fiance that struggles with allergies, it was a no-brainer! We purchased during Black Friday and going on 6 months, they are doing exactly what we intended them for! Cutting down on dust dramatically and helping reduce the daily allergy medication! Quiet enough almost not notice it in the room and doesn't bother our little pooch either! We monitor, through the MyDyson App, the quality of the air and the lifespan of the hepa filter. Dyson warranties then for 1 year, which is about right. We also purchased three additional filters on discount for $49.99 so when the time comes to swap, we're ready! Overall, very pleased with Dyson, we have many of their products and they stand behind their name!

Luxury Purchase, Boujee air purifier and fan
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product was such a cool purchase, it looks super sexy when displayed in any home environment, it's super quiet like all Dyson products. It's very efficient and my favorite part is that it connects to an app that Dyson has which monitors the surrounding city environment that you're in outside as well as your apartment. It is definitely a luxury item to have, however, I think that it genuinely does the same things an air purifier or fan would do but in a much quieter, sleeker design. Its great for anyone looking to level up the aesthetic of their environment, its a great gift for a recent grad or master's student (like me). Would I drop $500 on it if I had it lying around, absolutely... are there also other things I might purchase before buying this...definitely. If you are looking to add a statement fan into your living space this is great... otherwise its just a VERY expensive investment. Love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I️ this got during the fires in Napa, Sonoma & Santa Rosa. The smoke was really bad and this helped with the air, plus helped cool my room with all the windows and doors that were kept closed . Thank you Dyson!

Great air Filter and Fan
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this air filter and fan. It is a bit on the pricey side but then again, Dyson is just how it goes with pricing for all their products. They are luxury items but they do last very long time and therefore you don’t have to replace them to get new ones all the time, so realistically if you’re looking for a long-term investment, then I would suggest Dyson and this one in general it’s cool that it adds the Wi-Fi connect ability and the app connectability be sure that you turn off your Wi-Fi’s 5.4 GHz Internet as it will only apply and connect to the older slower one so I believe it’s 2.5 GHz. You can find this information on how to do this in your manual or just search online for your particular model how to pause or turn off 5.4 GHz this is only necessary during pairing. Once it’s paired and on the network you won’t have any issues and can turn your network on back to the way it was. The app shows how you can have the air quality feature for this device and use and tells you how good the air quality is as well as the temperature and the moisture level. If the air quality is poor, then you can turn it on auto mode, and the fan and filter will take care of itself until the room that it’s in is purified, and in good quality air again. If you’re in the market for an air filter, I honestly do recommend this as I sleep better and my sinuses are much better. It also has a magnetic remote that attaches to the top as seen in the picture. This is pretty handy and you won’t lose it this way plus it links with Alexa and you can just voice activate it or use the Dyson app without the remote.

Cool and clean air all day/night
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I leave it on all day to circulate and purify, even in summer my room stays at a reasonable temperature thanks to this fan. The low power consumption keeps my room well circulated and not stuffy at all. I also feel it’s cleaner air because I don’t see any dusty fans like a normal fan. Love the Wi-Fi feature for when I’m lazy.

Works better than I expected
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this because of all the wild fires and the poor air quality was actually making us cough in our own home. Although pricey after 3 months I'm still very happy with this purchase. From the app, filter, and ease of use I'm glad we didn't go with another model. It also works great for cooling, but we still primarily use it as a filter, and keep it set to automatic. It usually only comes on when we're cooking. We also cook with a deep fryer often and used to be able to still smell it in the air the next morning, but not any more thanks to this machine. I've included a few photos from my app that you can see it detected my cooking from last night as well as a few other screens. I know the filter only shows 58% left after 3 months, but that was also after 3 weeks of smoke and being the only filter in a 2800 square foot house.

Great, totally recommend, read tip about MyDyson
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy setup. Already got it working in my bedroom. If you’re setting it with the MyDyson app (formerly known as Dyson Link as it was referred to in the instructions manual), make sure your VPN (if you have one) is disabled or that will interfere in the setup. I had to try 4-5 times before getting it to connect. The app lets you see air quality, room temperature, and humidity over time. The remote control attaches magnetically to the top of the fan part, so it already has its own spot which is nice as well

Q: QuestionHi, what is the difference between model TP02 and TP04 ?
Asked by Ho.
- A:Answer Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Pure Cool purifiers. The Dyson TP04 is our latest version with a new LCD display, more sensors, 350-degree oscillation, backward mode, 60% more HEPA and 3 times more carbon. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionThe cool air that it creates, is that significant? Most cooling units need an exhaust to go out the window. I don't have an ac unit in my apartment and it reaches 100 F here, would this suffice?
Asked by Alissa.
- A:Answer This is not an air conditioner. The is purely an air filter. Will not cool the air more than a fan.

Q: QuestionWhat is the main difference between TP01 vs TP02?
Asked by Kodak.
- A:Answer Hello Cammy, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP01 and TP02 are both tower purifying fans. The TP01 is the non-link version, while the TP02 has the ability, via WiFi, to connect to the Dyson Link App, which is a feature that would allow you to monitor air quality, view remaining filter life, and set up a run-time program, all within said app. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionDoes this air purifier produce ozone?
Asked by DrBob.
- A:Answer Hello Bob, this is Kelly with Dyson. Some purifiers will use an ionizer, which releases charged chemicals into the air. These bond with particulates, and assist to remove those particles. This, however, generates ozone in the home. Dyson Purifiers do not use Ionization to purify the air and do not generate ozone. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionWill this air purifier give off an 'ozone' smell? Will it remove the odors of smoke and dampness?
Asked by Susan.
- A:Answer It removes odors ! I've used it in the kitchen, or after dyeing my hair, or any other time when I need fresh air smell in the house . It smells fresh , no weird ozone smell! And I'm very sensitive to smells!

Q: QuestionIs this a fan also? Or just a air purifier.
Asked by Judy.
- A:Answer It's a fan. It's a filter! It's a...a...Fanilter! Yes, it is both in one. It's two! Two! TWO devices in ONE! It works fantastico and I have no regrets in buying or recommending it to anyone. If you want a more powerful fan, look elsewhere but if you NEED a :"FANILTER", look no further. All the best to you!
Answered by SSSS
Q: QuestionDoes the intensity of the fan affect the power of the filter? So if I have the fan on low does that mean the filter will be lower? I’m aware there are different level settings for the filter but is that dependant on the fan power? Thanks.
Asked by JJ.
- A:Answer The only variables are the speed of the air through the Dyson unit... it all goes through a filter.. and sherther it rotates through an arc as it operates. So there is no such thing as the power of the filter .. just the volume of air you are filtering in any given time period - up the speed of the fan and more air filtered in any given time period and vice versa. The way the unit runs an automatic, is that fan speed is increased in proportion to level of contaminant in the air. The Lower the air quality the higher the speed.. the better the air the lower the speed.

Q: QuestionWhere do you get the replacement filters and how much are they? Dyson says they need to be replaced every 6-12 months, but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells them.
Asked by MIssys25.
- A:Answer Hi MIssys25. It's Vince with Dyson. The replacement filters for the Pure Cool can be purchased directly from Dyson for $69.99. We will be happy to answer any additional product questions via email at askdysonus@dyson.com. Best wishes, Vince P.
