“Hello: My Dyson Pure Cool air purifier stopped oscillating so I changed out the battery and it still isn't oscillating. Any thoughts?”

be sure the battery is installed correctly (polarity) and it is the correct battery. Also, check that the power cord in firmly plugged into a wall socket, and that there is power to the socket(some are on a circuit controlled by a wall switch.
