I live in a similar size apartment. It will only clean the air in the room that the fan is located

I have mine in a finished basement and it works well but I ended up adding a second dyson purifier to get the other side of the basement. If you rain it on high all day everyday it would still not get every part of you condo due to the walls and corners.

The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For instance in a room of 139ft², the machine will purify the room in 25 min. In a two-bedroom condo, it would be recommended to place the purifier in a larger living space such as your living room.
