Question"...a pacemaker...to avoid placing the remote control in a pocket, or near to the device." Does this mean a person with pacemaker can still use the purifier? Avoid placing the remote control near to the device? Or staying far away from device? Thanks.

QuestionHello: My Dyson Pure Cool air purifier stopped oscillating so I changed out the battery and it still isn't oscillating. Any thoughts?

- Answer be sure the battery is installed correctly (polarity) and it is the correct battery. Also, check that the power cord in firmly plugged into a wall socket, and that there is power to the socket(some are on a circuit controlled by a wall switch.

QuestionHow do you get the fan to run constantly. I've tried the 9hrs then holding it down till it blinks and goes back to the set fan speed, but it still turns off. I'd like it to run consistently until I turn it off.

- Answer You must be using the timer instead of just the power. Maybe you are accidentally hitting the timer which has the +/- toggles instead of the left side with the big circle small circle. Just make sure the timer is off and you should be good to go. I have not had this problem with my unit.

QuestionI just bought the Dyson TP01 and I saw a green ring filter already in place in the machine. Is this the filter my other Dyson had the filter into halves in a plastic bag and I had to put it together. What is the difference? Did I need to do anything else

- Answer The TP01 has a one piece filter. Nothing needed on your end

- Answer It is inside the base. To access it just press in on the 2 round button on the tower part right above the base and remove the tower then just pull up on the base to remove it and you can access the filter.

- Answer Your machine will alert once a filter needs to be replaced. The filter life depends on the enviroment you are using the machine in.

- Answer Hello Erwe22. The TP01 does not open past removing the filter. It is recommended to wipe the machine down with a microfiber towel. We hope this helps!

- Answer Hi Marie. The Pure Cool Purifying Fan cools a person by moving air over and around them. It is not an AC unit. We hope this helps!
