The Dyson Pure Cool TP01 purifying fan happens to not be compatible with the Dyson Link app. You will, however, the ability to set a timer for run time, directly from the fan's remote! Q: QuestionDoes this fan make any noise or sound? I like having my fan on at night as a gentle “white noise” helps me to fall asleep. As these are blameless do they still make any sound or are they very silent? Thanks

Q: QuestionHi there, I purchased the TP01 Pure Cool Fan & Air purifier a year ago. Since changing the filter last month, the air is no longer blowing as strongly. Even at 10, it feels as if were at 6 pre-filter change. Why is this? Is this fixable?

You can wipe the amplifier loop with a dry, soft cloth, and also clean the shroud of any dust/debris. Air conditioning units and the Dyson TP01 Pure Cool Tower purifying fan are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. The Dyson Air Multiplier™ fan cools a person by moving air over and around them. It's the air flow that from our blade-less fan that provides personal cooling effects. With that being said, you will not want to expect the ambient air in a room to drop in cooler temperatures when only using a fan. Thanks for your support of Dyson technology! • A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.   Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. Q: QuestionI have the TP01 model without night mode. Is there a way to reduce the brightness of the display/LED? It's quite annoying at night if the fan is close to the bed.

• A:Answer Hello Allison, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson purifiers do not use ionization. An ionizer releases charged chemicals into the air, which bond with particulates and assist in removing those particles. Q: QuestionI bought two of these about 90 days ago. One of them has stopped turning on. When I press the power button, the LED lights up for one second then shuts back off. No error code, just the setting I had it on last time I used it. What's happening?

Q: QuestionIt's not ower failure at outlet. The fan stops and the red power button flashes. With E7 shows up. I push the power button, the dan comes on. After a short time the fan goes off and red power button blinks with E7 appears again It's a Dyson AM04. Heat/C
