Hi there! Thank you for your interest in the Pure Hot + Cool Link purifier. The purifier can be used as a purifier, fan or heater. It cannot be used as an AC. Air conditioning units and the Dyson Air Multiplier's are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. No, this is not an air conditioner.

This a cooler not a air conditioner. Cools the room but does make it cold enough on a hot day.
