Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool Link and Pure Hot + Cool purifier fans will clean the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For instance in a room of 139ft², the machine will purify the room in 25 min. The time to heat the room will be similar, but can vary based on factors such as current room temperature, the number of windows and doors and other environmental factors. I find it able to heat my office space which measures 14 x 20, and provides clean air at the same time. It does the job.
