No, Carbon Monoxide cannot be filtered out by any means. You need to eliminate any source of carbon monoxide being produced in your home. Since Carbon Monoxide can kill you and is a very real concern. Invest in a Carbon Monoxide detector for your home. I'm surprised Dyson did know that very simple answer to a very important question!
