“If it's 2050 watts max when heating, that means it's drawing 17 amps, so it would be tripping a 15A breaker right? Does it need a 20A dedicated circuit? If this is heating and I turn on a 4A TV on the same 20A breaker, wouldn't that trip the breaker?”

We do recommend plugging your Dyson HP09 directly into it's own outlet, and if possible, on a circuit without any other high-powered appliances, due to how much power it can draw while in heating mode.
