“What is the refund policy on this? Also if this does not work after I purchase it would I be able to return? I have seen some reviews of refurbished dyson straighter and some people claim they do not charge correctly or battery malfunctions”

Hi there ! From the Best Buy site listing: "Extended Holiday Return Period For your holiday purchases between Oct 27 and Dec 30, returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 13. Bring the item back to a store for the quickest return. You can also mail returns with a pre-paid return label." Best Wishes, Adam @ Dyson Support
