• Mine came with the stiff brush only. Not sure if that is standard for all refurbished. My cousin bought a brand new cordless and it came with both the stiff brush and the long flat nozzle brush. I called Best Buy and they told me to go to the store and ask for a nozzle brush for free but I didn't bother. I'll just order a new brush.
