QuestionHi, I bought a Dyson hair dryer in Canada, can I take it with me to Hong Kong and China? Do I need a converter for it ? Thanks.

- Answer Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Dyson machines are made for the country in which they are purchased in and are not multi-voltage. Using a power converter can damage the machine, therefore, it is not recommended. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service

- Answer I had similar issues with mine. There is a filter that needs to be cleaned periodically at the bottom where the holes are. If that is blocked off it can cause overheating and it to shut off.

QuestionI just bought this in nickel/copper. When I got home and opened it, the color is Prussian blue/copper. What gives?. The box has the nickel/copper image on it and when I registered the serial with Dyson it comes up as nickel as well.

- Answer This is simply a messup on bestbuy employees behalf, id recommend bringing it back for a return and exchange it for the same product :) although the blue/copper is limited edition just to let you know!
