A:AnswerThe standard version does not come with the carrying case but you can purchase one from Dyson's website. It seems there is a version that does come with a case but it is a special edition from my understanding.
A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The noise you are hearing is caused by some of the electrical components emitting a frequency which can sometimes be heard as an electrical humming noise. It does not indicate a fault with the machine.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The case is designed to hold the Supersonic and one attachment, such as the smoothing nozzle. The cord will need to be wrapped neatly on one side with the attachment on the other so that the Supersonic can then lay along the top.

A:AnswerHi there. I also purchased my hairdryer before the release of the limited edition but Dyson now sell a case for the dryer at $49.99. I just got mine yesterday and it's really pretty. I believe it holds the dryer and one accessory ~ I'm still trying to figure it out. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes, I too have fine hair and I am surprised at how much better it looks after I use this dryer as compared to my previous ones. I use the pointed nozzle that comes with and just point downward when I dry to smooth the hair shafts.
A:AnswerI have fine baby long hair, haven't got Any trouble, as far burns or anything like that. I don't know if there is a store that you can try it I'm assuming not, just like beauty stores they cut the wires, so I don't think so
A:AnswerHi Carrie,
This is Carissa with Dyson. Our Supersonic is not dual voltage. We do not recommend using extension cords, power strips or convertors. If used we are not able to guarantee the life of the unit. If using a Supersonic from another country the same would apply.
A:AnswerI would assume, yes. Its a regular hair dryer, and it uses hot air to dry your hair. The only difference is the advanced technology used to produce that hot air.
