• Hello Sharon, this is Kelly with Dyson. Not all Supersonic hair dryer models will include a storage box. You may be able to find the storage boxes at your local Dyson retailer; they may also be purchased separately on the Dyson website. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
