Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We do not have an HD03 Supersonic™ Hair Dryer model, here in the US. HD01 is the consumer model, while the HD02 and HD04 are professional model dryers. You will know you are purchasing a US model, from the machine's serial number. You'll see -US- in the middle of the machine's serial number. Hair dryers from other countries will also not be compatible to be used here in the US, as they are not dual- or universal-voltage. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
