Hello Bryan, this is Kelly with Dyson. I checked with our engineering team on this one, as I did see from your question, that the voltage on the V11 models was listed differently. I can confirm that both of the values listed on the Best Buy website are incorrect. All of the V11 models use the same battery pack which is 25.2V. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
