The V11 Outsize will include the following in the box: the charger, combination tool, crevice tool, docking station, vacuum, XL cleaner head, mini soft dusting brush, stiff bristle brush, mini motorized tool, wand clip, plus the two batteries. Whoa, something free from dysons exorbitantly priced products - is rare-if ever avail. Pros: • match sale prices with retailers so you can get your (three) additional accessories( also the accessories included in the box with every vac) • sale price matched •free shipping if bought directly from them. Cons: •I’m not sure what the process is for them to “ price match” though and they never ship anything for free. For example, I misplaced my teeny tiny fan remote bought replacement for ~$19.00 and they required me to pay $8.00 for shipping! •shipping takes 8-10 days to arrive •future purchases for any other accessories etc. are at there typical overpriced plus you MUST pay for shipping at ~$8.00 that takes a min of 8-10 days. Not sure if they ship out vacuums faster but it’s free and that’s unprecedented for them. Something free from Dyson? Rare if ever find.
