In my opinion the cordless is better on carpets. I own both a cordless Dyson and a Dyson upright.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Ven, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Torque Drive cord-free vacuum has a cleaner head which features an integrated digital motor which spins the brush bar up to 60 times a second. It drives stiff nylon bristles deep into carpet to remove dirt, and carbon fiber filaments capture fine dust on hard floors. This is a great model for households with carpets, and hard flooring. The V11 is our longest running cord-free and also has the most suction of our cord-free machine offerings. Choosing between a cord-free and a corded upright is really just a matter of personal preference. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sure the one I got (special for pets) will have the most power since pets hair is really difficult to get rid of and I can totally clean my carpet with no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dyson upright would probably be better. I hate uprights of any kind, so my answer is biased, but this is not really great with deep pile.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have both and I think the Dyson has better suction for our deep carpet.
