• Actually they do they have the v11 outise it’s supposed to be bigger and more powerful and it comes with 2 batteries that are changeable

• Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Torque Drive does not feature a snap-in battery. However, our newest release, the Dyson V11™ Outsize vacuum does. This is our only machine thus far that does offer this feature. Best Wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
