Make sure the contacts are clean and properly attached. Also make sure the battery isn’t low or completely depleted. Contact Dyson warranty or BestBuy directly if that doesn’t work. Do not wait too long or you’ll miss your refund/replacement period.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.could be clogged, take it out and inspect it. See if there is anything lodged in the drum and the air intake... that usually does the trick for me
