Hello, thank you for your inquiry regarding the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine Cordless Vacuum. The version sold in the United States is designed for 110–120V power systems and is not compatible with 220V outlets. Dyson does not offer a universal or dual-voltage charger for this model. If you plan to use the vacuum in Europe, we recommend purchasing the European version, which is built for 220–240V and comes with the appropriate plug type. Using a voltage converter is not officially supported and may void the warranty or damage the device. If you have any further feedback or need assistance with the product, please email us at askdysonUS@dyson.com. We would be delighted to assist you further.
