“We got the V-6 animal for my mom. When I tried couple of the brushes, it was really difficult to vacuum as the brushes were getting stuck to the carpet and really hard to go back and forth. Do the brushes get adjusted accordingly? help!”

It really doesn’t work well on high carpet or certain mats. Better for floors. It has that higher power button but still gets stuck. Not good for heavy duty carpet cleaning.
