• If it's coming on and off then the flapper is stuck open. Remove all attachments and look in the barrel, you will see flapper. check for debris behind flapper

• I think the instructions said you may need to check in the tube and other places. There is some type of clog that is going on. Have you tried turning it on without anything connected and see what happens?
