• I also have same issue i dont think so best buy have sent us this codes. And when we try to redeem we may have to contact EA for getting them back as the pack delivery is weekly and gets expire if we dont claim it.

• I wasn't in your shoes about a month ago. To get this problem fixed, I called Best Buy, and within 3 hours after the call, I received the codes.

• Usually they send you a code via email that is linked through your best buy account. If you haven't received a code I recommend contacting customer service.
