• Hi. If you make your purchase of an Eargo 5 or Eargo 6 model, the Eargo team of hearing professionals can help you personalize the response of the hearing aids by using the Eargo app. To do this you must contact Eargo at 800-615-9000 and speak to a Client Care team member who will arrange an appointment for you to speak with one of their hearing professionals. The hearing professional will then help you from there.
