Hi. As the battery begins to reach the end of it's life cycle (approximately 3 years), it will not just suddenly stop working. Instead, it will not hold the same length of charge as when it was new. Eargo does not replace the battery on any of its hearing aids under typical usage. Should any Eargo device model prove to be defective under warranty (including, but not limited to the battery), Eargo will honor the warranty and provide a working replacement. If any Eargo hearing device needs to be serviced outside of the warranty period, Eargo will evaluate the hearing aid and repair it for a fee.
