• By compatible, I assume that you want to stream music or use them for calls. The answer is no. That is compromise that you will have to make in order to get the small, truly invisible Eargo hearing aids. They don't have Bluetooth capability, in order to run updates and such, you will need to put them in the charger, which is Bluetooth capable.
