Thank you for this question. The hearing aids can not be turned off to preserve battery life. However, Eargo chargers contain an internal rechargeable battery, so you can charge your hearing aids on-the-go. Customers can initiate an exchange under our In-Warranty Repair Policy, if troubleshooting steps do not resolve a battery issue.
