• Good question. Eargo hearing aids are designed with patented "Flexis" that come in different sizes and styles. Their design allows the ear canal to remain "open" so that certain sounds a person can hear well will pass through naturally and the Eargo design does NOT give the wearer a plugged feeling like traditional hard completely in-the-canal hearing aids.
