Eargo hearing aid systems are only sold in pairs. There have been numerous people over the years who bought Eargos and only have one-sided hearing loss. They choose to use the other device as either a back-up or they rotate use to make both last longer in general. The cost of a pair of Eargo hearing aids may actually be the same or less than buying one traditional behind-the-ear hearing aid.
