Eargo offers a minimum one-year loss & damage policy covering the first year on all their hearing aids and charger. A claim can be made one time during that period of coverage and there is a small processing and deductible fee to be paid. You would contact Eargo directly to access this part of the warranty. The way Eargo hearing aids are designed, there is a small likelihood they would fall out of your ears during jogging as long as they were inserted into the ear canal properly. To further minimize loss, only store the haring aids in the charger when they are not in use.
