Eargo’s team of licensed hearing professionals are able to personalize the hearing devices on behalf of an Eargo user to customize the sound quality, alter device performance in noise and manage the programs. They can customize the number, order, and type of programs and help mitigate an issue like feedback (or whistling), should it occur. This is done remotely by using the Eargo app and Bluetooth connection in the charger. It's very easy to do.
