Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Eargo has a unique approach to using Bluetooth. We don’t approach Bluetooth the way traditional behind-the-ear hearing aids do. Eargo devices are too small to have a built in Bluetooth receiver to stream phone calls and music. If you want to stream music or phone calls, you’ll have to wear a larger, more expensive behind-the-ear hearing aid to do this. With Eargo devices, we have a Bluetooth receiver in the charger which allows you to customize the performance of the hearing aids through an app in your phone or with the help of one of our licensed hearing professionals. It's a different approach for such a small hearing aid and it works great! It is both Android and Apple compatible.
