• Hi. the rechargeable batteries in Eargo hearing aids do not simply stop working. They slowly begin to lose the ability to stay charged for 16 hours a day. This occurs after 1,000 charges or approximately 3 years. The batteries cannot be replaced so Eargo clients purchase new and improved Eargo hearing devices.
