• When u paying at the bottom it saids enter gift card, promo codes etc then apply that should do it

• The code should be 10 numbers but maybe 9 works, you go into eBay and on payment where it says discount/rewards/certificate you type in the number and click apply, it is on the page where you check out, so you'd click pay now or buy now
