• This card is sold By Best Buy, An Authorized eBay retailer. Of course its not a scam. These are Official eBay Gift cards. Same as you would buy on eBay.com

• You won't get those numbers unless you scratch off the layer covering it. This card is a physical card you have to buy at the actual store or have it sent to you physically.
